1. Welcome and Agreement
By installing or playing Quick Toolkit Plus, you are agreeing to these Terms, so please take a moment to read them. They form the agreement between you and us about how the app may be used. If you do not agree with them, that is completely fine, but in that case you simply should not use the app.
2. Can You Use This App?
Make sure you are allowed to agree to terms like these in your country before playing. Younger players should have a parent or guardian on board, reviewing and accepting these Terms with them. It is a quick step, and it means the person agreeing to use Quick Toolkit Plus is genuinely able to do so under local law.
3. Signing In and Guest Play
Quick Toolkit Plus is guest-play only, so we do not hold accounts for anyone. That means looking after your phone and the saved game on it is your job, not something we manage on a server. Since there is no login to worry about, the main thing is just to keep your own device reasonably secure.
4. Using the App
Consider this your personal pass to enjoy Quick Toolkit Plus on your own devices, purely for fun rather than business. It stays with you and cannot be handed off, and we can revoke it if the Terms are broken. You are getting the right to use the app, while ownership of the app itself remains firmly with us throughout.
5. What You Can and Cannot Do
Here is what is off-limits with Quick Toolkit Plus:
- Taking it apart or reverse engineering it
- Copying, selling, or modifying it
- Cheating with bots or hacks of any kind
- Using it for anything illegal
Stick to playing it as intended and you will be well within the rules, with nothing at all to worry about.
6. Playing Fairly
Play nice, basically. Quick Toolkit Plus is for personal entertainment, so keep it lawful and do not try to mess things up, whether for yourself or anyone else. Use it as designed, without hunting for loopholes or trying to disrupt how it runs. That is really all acceptable use comes down to here, nothing complicated at all.
7. Ownership
Everything that makes up Quick Toolkit Plus, the code, the art, the sound, the branding, belongs to us or our licensors. Playing the app does not give you any ownership over any of it. You are welcome to enjoy it all, but please do not treat any part of the game as yours to reuse or sell elsewhere.
8. Coins, Items, and Progress
Those shiny in-game items are fun, but they are not real money. They are part of the app, with no cash value, no trading outside it, and no way to redeem them for anything real. They exist purely for gameplay on your device, and they may be adjusted as Quick Toolkit Plus gets updated, which is perfectly normal.
9. Sharing Your Ideas
Feedback is always welcome, and it is entirely up to you whether to send any. When you do, you are giving us permission to use it to make Quick Toolkit Plus better, free of charge. We cannot promise to use every suggestion, but the good ones genuinely help, and we appreciate you taking the time to share them with us.
10. Changes Over Time
Quick Toolkit Plus may get updates here and there. Some things might change, a feature could come or go, and occasionally an app gets discontinued altogether. That is all just part of how software works. We will try to keep the experience smooth, but we cannot promise the app will stay exactly the same or run forever unchanged for you.
11. Outside Services and Links
There are no third-party services running inside the app. Follow an external link and you are on someone else's turf, playing by their rules rather than ours. We cannot control or vouch for those other sites, so if you head out through a link, it is worth keeping in mind that you have left our app behind you.
12. What We Are Not Promising
WE PROVIDE Quick Toolkit Plus "AS IS." WE CANNOT GUARANTEE IT WILL ALWAYS RUN PERFECTLY, AND TO THE EXTENT THE LAW PERMITS, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT IT. THAT MEANS NO PROMISES THAT IT WILL BE FLAWLESS, ALWAYS AVAILABLE, OR FREE OF THE OCCASIONAL BUG, THOUGH WE DO OUR BEST TO KEEP THINGS RUNNING WELL FOR YOU.
13. What We Are Responsible For
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, such as lost data, that come from using Quick Toolkit Plus. Our total responsibility to you will not exceed whatever you paid us, if anything. We are not trying to dodge real obligations, just to keep liability sensible for a casual game like this one.
14. Covering Our Costs
Should you use Quick Toolkit Plus in a way that lands us with a claim or expense, you agree to make that right, to the extent the law permits. This only applies to trouble you actually cause, by misusing the app or breaking these Terms, not to ordinary issues that come up through normal, rule-abiding play of the game.
15. Suspension and Ending Access
We can pause or stop your access if you do not follow these Terms. On your side, uninstalling the app ends the agreement whenever you choose. A handful of clauses, such as ownership and liability limits, keep applying even after that, which is normal, but otherwise ending things is as simple as removing the game from your device.
16. The Law That Applies
These Terms follow the laws where we operate. That said, if your own country gives you consumer rights that cannot be waived, you keep those too. The governing law here is just the framework for reading this agreement, and it does not quietly strip away whatever protections your local law already guarantees you as a consumer in your country.
17. The Fine Print
One bad clause does not sink the whole agreement, the rest stands on its own. Letting something slide once is not a permanent pass, so we can still enforce a rule later even if we did not jump on it the first time. The goal is simply to keep the rest of these Terms working as intended for both of us.
18. Reaching Us
Questions about these Terms? Just email us at migigu1995@aol.com and we will do our best to help. It is the right place for anything about this agreement or the app in general. These Terms took effect on August 21, 2026, and if we ever revise them, that date will change so you can tell which version is current.
19. Apple-Specific Terms
This section applies only because you obtained Quick Toolkit Plus from the Apple App Store. Where it conflicts with anything above, this section controls for App Store distribution.
- This agreement is with us, not Apple. These Terms are concluded between you and us alone, not with Apple, and we, not Apple, are solely responsible for Quick Toolkit Plus and its content.
- Scope of licence. The licence granted to you is a non-transferable licence to use Quick Toolkit Plus on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules of the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that it may also be accessed by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
- Maintenance and support. We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for Quick Toolkit Plus. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services for it.
- Warranty. We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If Quick Toolkit Plus fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App to you, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to Quick Toolkit Plus.
- Product claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to Quick Toolkit Plus or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that it fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
- Intellectual property claims. If a third party claims that Quick Toolkit Plus or your possession and use of it infringes that party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
- Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Third-party terms. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using Quick Toolkit Plus.
- Apple as third-party beneficiary. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of them Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
