Privacy Policy for Quick Toolkit Plus

Effective Date: August 21, 2026

1. What does this Privacy Policy cover?

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how information is handled in connection with Quick Toolkit Plus (the "App") and takes effect on August 21, 2026. It applies to every person who downloads, installs, or plays the App. We have written it to describe our practices clearly and completely, so that you understand exactly how your privacy is respected whenever you use the App.

2. What do these terms mean?

The following definitions apply wherever these terms appear below. The "App" refers to Quick Toolkit Plus and everything that makes it up. "You" refers to any person who installs or plays the App. "On-device data" means information stored locally on your own device, such as your progress and settings, and "we" refers to the people who developed the App.

3. What information do we collect?

To support marketing measurement, Quick Toolkit Plus works with a third-party attribution and analytics provider (Adjust). Through it, an advertising ID together with limited device and usage information, such as your device model, operating system, and in-app events, may be collected. This information is used to measure installs and engagement, and it is handled as described in this Policy.

4. How do we use your information?

We use any information involved in Quick Toolkit Plus only to provide, maintain, and improve the App, and for the specific purposes described in this Policy. Information is not repurposed for unrelated activities, and any game progress or settings stored on your device exist simply to let you continue playing from where you left off.

5. How is your information kept safe?

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect information involved in Quick Toolkit Plus, including the use of encryption such as HTTPS where information is transmitted. Locally stored game data is protected by your device's operating system. No security measure is perfect, however, and we cannot guarantee that any transmission or storage is entirely free from risk.

6. On what basis do we process data?

To the extent applicable law requires a lawful basis for handling personal information, we rely on grounds such as your consent or our legitimate interest in providing the App. We process information only as needed for the purposes in this Policy, and we keep that processing limited to what running Quick Toolkit Plus reasonably requires.

7. Do we use cookies?

Quick Toolkit Plus uses your device's local storage to preserve your settings and game state between sessions. Any cookies or similar technologies that may be used are limited to what keeps the App functioning, and they are not used for cross-context behavioural advertising or to monitor your activity across other apps, sites, or services that you may use.

8. What permissions does the app use?

Permissions in Quick Toolkit Plus are limited to what the App needs to function on iOS, and every request is presented through the operating system's own prompt for your decision. No permission is used to follow your activity across other companies' apps or websites. You may inspect and change every permission granted to the App at any time through the Settings app on your device.

9. Do we share your information with anyone?

Your personal information is not sold. We share limited information, including an advertising ID and device and event data, with a third-party attribution and analytics provider (Adjust) so that installs and engagement can be measured. Any other sharing is limited to service providers that help run Quick Toolkit Plus, or to authorities where the law requires it.

10. Do we use analytics or ads?

Marketing measurement in Quick Toolkit Plus relies on a third-party provider (Adjust). It may collect and receive an advertising ID together with limited device and usage information in order to attribute installs and measure engagement. The data is used for analytics and attribution only, in line with this Policy, and is never used to sell your personal information.

11. How long is anything kept?

We retain information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law. Any game progress stored on your device remains there for as long as you keep Quick Toolkit Plus installed, and it is removed when you delete the App or clear its stored data.

12. Is the app safe for children?

We care about children's privacy. Quick Toolkit Plus is not directed to children under the age defined by your local law, and we do not knowingly request personal information from them. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information can contact us at migigu1995@aol.com, and we will take appropriate action in response to the request.

13. What happens in a data security incident?

While we apply sensible measures to protect information, no method of safeguarding data is entirely free from risk. Should a security incident occur that affects personal information, we will take appropriate action and provide any notifications that the law requires. You are welcome to report a security concern about Quick Toolkit Plus to us at migigu1995@aol.com.

14. How will you hear about changes?

This Policy may be revised periodically. Whenever a change is significant, we will update the effective date and make the current version available within the App. We encourage you to review the Policy occasionally, since continued use of Quick Toolkit Plus after an update indicates that you are aware of the most recent version of it.

15. How can you reach us?

If you have any questions about this Policy or about how Quick Toolkit Plus handles privacy, you are welcome to contact us at migigu1995@aol.com. We review messages sent to that address and aim to respond to legitimate inquiries within a reasonable period. While the App does not offer an in-app account system, if you would like the device identifier collected by our third-party analytics provider (Adjust) to be erased, you may reach us at the same address, and we will process your request through Adjust's device erasure interface (the Forget Device API).
